SCOTT LONGDEN
Ok, so I'm told that I have an addictive personality. So, what better way to take advantage of it than to be 'Addicted to Photography'.
I hail from the old days of film and still have my trusty old Minolta X-300 in my kit bag alongside all of my modern mirrorless Canon gear. But I have to admit whilst I started out young in film photography, life got in the way and it's only in the past couple of years that I've rediscovered the passion.
And what a passion it is.
You might find me out on the beach taking photos or on my hands and knees trying out macro. I could be in the studio doing portraiture or in the forest just admiring the trees. If you visit my workshop you will likely find me with a camera or a lens in pieces as I try to get it going again without too many bits left over.
In more recent times you might find me coating glass dry plates in the darkroom for my latest foray into Antique Large Format Photography.
I'm based down near Phillip Island in Victoria, Australia and I'm literally addicted to making photos...for which there is no known cure except to make more.
If you're similarly afflicted then feel free to follow me on Facebook or Instagram, or just drop me a line!
